[Pick-It Use Case] This video captures the process of loading two workpieces with different shapes into their respective vices, showcased at a trade fair in 2016. It is capable of recognizing and loading both cylindrical and block workpieces without any program changes. The video demonstrates the picking of the cylindrical workpiece and the workpiece on the box → correcting the suction position with a fixture → loading into each vice → unloading and aligning, ultimately eliminating the need for conveyors or buffers, thereby enhancing flexibility for small batches and improving production efficiency.
