Organize data for decision-making rather than just "capturing" the site. A foundational technology service that combines aerial photography, 3D scanning, and point cloud analysis.
Other Initiatives - Foundational Technology for Supporting Decision-Making through "Data Acquisition and Organization" - At Seeds Project Co., Ltd., in addition to decision support packages for factory floor assessments, flood assessments, and layout considerations, we also address the data acquisition, analysis, and structuring tasks that are prerequisites for these assessments. These services are positioned not merely as standalone offerings, but as "foundational technologies for accurately understanding the conditions of the site and organizing data that can be used for decision-making." Main Services Offered: ■ Aerial Photography and Filming with Drones Using drones, we safely and efficiently capture images from above, targeting factory sites, outdoor facilities, development areas, and structures. This service is utilized for obtaining information to grasp the overall picture of large sites or in situations where it is not feasible to visit the location multiple times. ■ 3D Scanning / Acquisition and Analysis of Point Cloud Data We acquire three-dimensional data (point clouds) of floors, equipment, and structures, both indoors and outdoors. This allows for the numerical understanding of height, tilt, unevenness, and distance, which is helpful in organizing issues that are difficult to assess through drawings or visual inspection alone.

basic information
■ Support for Building Digital Twins Based on the acquired point cloud data, we construct a 3D model (digital twin) that reproduces the site. It is utilized as a decision-making tool for layout considerations, renovation plans, and consensus building among stakeholders, allowing for a shared understanding of the same situation. ■ Response to Research, Demonstration, and Government-Related Projects We can handle everything from requirement organization to data acquisition, analysis, and deliverable organization in research institutions, government projects, and demonstration experiments. Instead of fitting into existing molds, we emphasize the methods of data collection and organization according to the purpose. Concept of Seed Projects We do not aim for "taking pictures with drones" or "collecting 3D data" as ends in themselves. What we prioritize is: ● Accurately understanding the state of the site ● Organizing data in a way that can be used for decision-making To achieve this, we utilize technologies such as aerial photography, 3D scanning, point cloud analysis, and digital twins.
Price information
