■Features - Equipped with an integrated unwinding and rewinding device, allowing for continuous pressing. - The pressurization method is air-hydraulic, with a maximum pressurization capacity of 3 tons. - By installing a load cell sensor, the actual pressurization can be displayed on the display unit, with peak hold, maximum, and minimum value setting functions as standard. - The clearance setting between rolls can be easily adjusted by simply turning a handle. - Clearance display is digital and can show up to 1μm. - Safety features include a limit switch, a transparent resin cover, and a motor with a brake as standard equipment. - The heating method includes built-in heaters within the rolls, allowing for individual temperature control of the upper and lower rolls. - Maximum heating capacity is 180°C. - Roll rotation speed adjustment is done via a volume control, with a maximum speed of 5m/min.
