【No air supply required】A simple tool changer that can be fixed and released with a manual one-touch operation. No air supply is needed for locking due to the mechanical lock!
A tool changer (quick changer) designed for pick-and-place robots and multi-joint robots with the following payload capacity, available in "manual" and "air cylinder specifications." Since air is not used in the locking mechanism, locking and unlocking can be done with a single touch.

• Easy exchange of the robot's EOAT. • Ideal for vacuum ports as well. • Avoids mistakes with pneumatic and electrical connections. • Pneumatic connections of 4, 8, 10, or 12. • 15 electrical connections. • The two parts (robot side and gripper side) are supplied separately. • The QCX unit on the robot side can shut off compressed air with a safety air valve. • The QCY unit on the robot side can automatically shut off compressed air during removal. • Optional LOQC locking unit.
