(Video now available) Lightweight electric hand using a manual quick tool changer.

This is an example of using an electric gripper with a 3kg portable tool changer. In the video, a multi-joint robot from ABB is used to perform circular workpiece gripping and transportation. The plug-and-play electric gripper can open and close with just the On/Off of a DC24V signal, similar to a solenoid valve, making it effective for reducing wiring and energy consumption. The tool changer allows for easy locking and unlocking with a single touch (by pushing down the lever), making setup changes easy to accommodate.
To facilitate the introduction of robots, we also offer the production of mounting flanges, including ISO flanges.
