Limit switch for safety protection cover
Prevents unauthorized operation and ensures exceptional reliability. The Müller safety door limit switch features a double break contact system, making it suitable for constructing multiple safety circuits. It has interlocked opposing contacts and a forced disconnection mechanism based on IEC/EN60947-5-1. Therefore, it is compatible with electronic devices according to IEC/EN61131-2. The AT0-ZBZ has two types of operating principles: electromagnetic locking and spring locking. In the electromagnetic locking type, the lock engages when voltage is applied to the machine, allowing it to be opened directly during a power outage. In the spring locking type, the door remains locked even during a power outage. The lock is released when voltage is applied to the AT0-ZBZ. This mechanism protects the human body from machines that are overrunning. The lock is only released when dangerous operations have stopped. - Can be installed in any location. - Actuator head rotates 4×90 degrees. - Six types of actuator heads cover the range.
