By combining the 350kg payload 6-axis robot and the 50kg payload 6-axis robot from Nittokyo with a transport system, we have achieved the automation of transporting, loading, and cleaning large machining parts for machine tools. Previously, the transportation, loading, and cleaning of workpieces to the machining machines were done manually by workers or with crane transport.
