The independent rotation of the dispersed rotor and bead separator enables low-damage nano-dispersion!
The "Dual Apex Mill" is a dispersion machine capable of handling a wide range of processes from nano-dispersion to strong grinding without damaging the particles. It accommodates the same bead diameter as the "Ultra Apex Mill." The dispersion rotor and bead separator can rotate independently, allowing the dispersion rotor to be reduced to low rotational speeds. By lowering the rotational speed of the dispersion rotor, particle damage is minimized, enabling dispersion while suppressing an increase in slurry viscosity. 【Features】 ■ A wide range of processing from nano-dispersion to strong grinding without damaging particles ■ The dispersion rotor can be set to high rotational speeds, allowing one machine to serve dual purposes ■ Dispersion processing that minimizes particle damage and slurry viscosity increase is possible ■ Reduced bead wear allows for decreased contamination from beads *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

We are putting into practical use unique technologies that lead the world, such as cylindrical centrifuge dehydrators and nano-dispersing bead mills. The cylindrical dehydrator efficiently dewaters organic sludge by employing a cylindrical bowl and a tapered conveyor, simultaneously applying centrifugal and compressive forces right up to the moment of cake discharge to reduce the cake moisture content. The nano-dispersing bead mill adopts a bead separation method using centrifugal separation and a slit method, allowing for the use of microbeads as small as 15 microns to several millimeters, enabling wet grinding and wet dispersion processing from micron sizes to nanoparticles. These products are utilized in various fields such as environmental equipment, chemical machinery, industrial machinery, and pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery, meeting our customers' expectations.
