The advantage of bar work is that, unlike chuck work where materials are manually removed and set one at a time, bar stock can be set directly into the machine, allowing for continuous cutting like a "Kintaro candy." Additionally, since we use spindle-moving CNC automatic lathes, we can support the material at two or more points, enabling more precise machining compared to standard NC lathes that support the material at just one point.
