○Various mechanical parts machining ・Work size: Round items Φ0.5 to Φ180, square items 200mm ・Machinable materials: SUS, steel, aluminum, copper, brass (other materials may also be machinable, please inquire) ・Specialty products and shapes: Shafts (long-length machining for Φ20 and below, 200L and below) Pins, bolts, nuts (Φ0.5 and above) Flanges, bearing holders (up to Φ180) *We excel in complex round and square shapes, especially those with radially drilled holes on the end face. ・Preferred quantities: 5 to 100 pieces (depending on size, we are also skilled in mass production up to 1000 pieces) ・Main equipment owned: NC lathes: 7 units CNC combined lathes: 3 units CNC automatic lathes with movable spindle (Petersen lathes, Swiss-type lathes): 5 units Small machining centers: 3 units
