Forms thin films ranging from 500Å to 1μm (thickness depends on the solid content concentration of the coating solution) with a ±5% in-plane thickness accuracy distribution 4. Coating patterns can be arbitrarily controlled with an organic resin plate. Position accuracy is within 0.3mm. 5. Printing time is high-speed processing of 30 seconds or less per sheet.
