The electrolyte vacuum injection machine creates a vacuum inside batteries and capacitors to permeate and inject the electrolyte. This machine is equipped with a separate injection head for cylindrical cans and a separate injection head for laminated cells. It is designed for installation in a glove box under an argon atmosphere or in a dry room.

1. The amount of electrolyte to be injected can be set to a specified quantity using a motor-driven metering pump. 2. The injection speed can be freely adjusted using a flow-variable injection pump. 3. The electrolyte is injected into the battery through the injection pump from the stock tank, allowing for visual confirmation of the injection state. 4. The conditions for reduced pressure, injection, and pressurization (can type only) can be set individually, allowing for the reproduction of injection conditions tailored to the battery and electrolyte. 5. The injection head for laminated cells performs heat sealing in a vacuum state after the electrolyte injection. 6. There is almost no backflow of electrolyte to the vacuum pump, enabling high-precision injection. 7. The vacuum level, injection speed, and other parameters can be adjusted and confirmed through manual operation.
