(Feature 1) Keeping compact and light weight design of previous model SD550T, SD600T achieves high precision and increased rotation speed by new type of motor and a newly developed gear unit. Furthermore, channels expanded to twice, which brings variable tightening capabilities, and supports high-mix, low-volume production. (Feature 2) Pass/fail judgment is performed by comparing the preset torque waveform envelope with the actual tightening torque waveform. This advanced waveform analysis enables the detection of fastening defects that cannot be identified by torque up per-limit monitoring alone. If an abnormality is detected during waveform evaluation, the system immediately stops the tightening process, helping prevent product damage and ensuring process reliability. (Feature 3) Equipped Ethernet communication port for data collection. With dedicated software, tightening results and waveform data can be saved in CSV format, which is effective for ensuring traceability and analyzing causes of tightening defects. *Data collection using CAN is also possible. (Feature 4) Integration of three software functions into one: "Easy Memory Sheet Function": Simply input the target torque for easy setup. "Monitor Function": I/O monitoring and rotation commands from the software make it easy to check operation during startup."
