Uniform Scraping - Unique "Reverse Crown Processing" allows the roller's deflection to be processed to less than 10μm. - The friction force during scraping is detected as a torque value, and automatic correction is performed to maintain a constant torque value. 2. Scraping Large Workpieces - The use of a specially processed cast iron stage base minimizes deformation even for large stages. - An ultra-large grinding machine capable of handling 3,000mm x 6,000mm grinds the stage flatness to less than 20μm. 3. Scraping at Any Angle - The angle between the roller and the stage can be set in increments of 0.1°. - A super-large rotating stage measuring 2,550mm x 2,550mm (total weight 2,500kg) has been manufactured.
