"TAF TR processing (Tough TR)" can expand the usage purposes and environments by imparting various functions such as ultra-hardness, high wear resistance, high heat resistance, and high insulation and dielectric strength. It is our unique anodizing treatment that brings out the potential of aluminum materials, unlike any other. Additionally, we offer specifications with a high adhesion coating on the anodized film, as well as a black version with weather resistance and heat resistance (matte finish available, performance specifications may vary, so please consult with us). Please note that the materials that can be treated are limited, so please consult us first. ◆ We can accommodate small lots and prototypes. ◆ We currently offer free samples (A5052 material, 50×50×1 mm) in limited quantities, so please contact us soon.

We offer a wide range of services, including high heat-resistant crack-free hard anodizing, high adhesion, general hard anodizing, oxalic anodizing, and lubricating hard anodizing, as well as various colors, bright finishes, matte finishes, and die-cast anodizing (including deep black). We also accommodate double anodizing treatments. Additionally, sandblasting is continuously performed in-house. For aluminum chemical conversion coating, we provide two types: chrome-free and trivalent chrome. *We have started operations on both automatic and manual lines to strengthen our production system.
