As a result, we have met the standard values for wear resistance tests and hardness required by "MIL-A-8625F," as well as the standard "JIS H 8603." You can also trust us with duralumin, super duralumin, and ultra-duralumin. We can provide thick film treatments that contribute to improved coating performance such as scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, and thermal insulation. We offer a wide range of services, including high heat-resistant crack-free hard anodizing, high adhesion, general hard anodizing, oxalic anodizing, and lubricating hard anodizing, as well as various colors, bright finishes, matte finishes, and die-cast anodizing (including deep black). We also accommodate double anodizing treatments. Additionally, sandblasting is continuously performed in-house. For aluminum chemical conversion coating, we provide two types: chrome-free and trivalent chrome. *We have started operations on both automatic and manual lines to strengthen our production system.
