■Standard Equipment ● The heating temperature control mechanism, which can set and maintain the ideal heating temperature, is effective for the following applications: - When seal errors due to temperature changes are not acceptable - In cases of long-term continuous use or mass production - When consistent sealing accuracy and strength are required ● A thin temperature sensor (thermocouple) is in contact with the heater to directly detect and control the heater temperature. ● The set sealing conditions do not change due to variations in the working environment (ambient temperature) or the rise in machine temperature from prolonged use. ● The "ideal heating temperature" can be set to the "melting temperature of the film," which can improve sealing strength. Additionally, there is no waste in sealing heating and cooling, resulting in energy savings and high work efficiency, while also extending the lifespan of components such as heaters and Teflon.

Before the rental begins, you will need to make a payment of the following amounts in advance: Estimated rental fee, Shipping cost, Deposit of 200,000 yen (which will be refunded later). Shipping will occur after we confirm the above payment, but it may take about three days until shipment. ■High Vacuum Level ●The built-in vacuum pump achieves a high vacuum level with an exhaust speed of 80 liters/min and a reached vacuum level of -96 kPa. Note: The exhaust speed and reached vacuum level are measured values when not incorporated into the machine. The reached vacuum level is defined as 0 torr at -101.3 Pa. ●Compact Size By using a compressor pump that operates the drive cylinder with exhaust air and performs vacuum exhaust from the intake port, we have achieved a compact body design. Additionally, since it is equipped with a dry pump, it does not worsen the working environment with clean exhaust.
