The "Cleaner (Conveyor Belt Cleaner)" is a belt cleaner that can accommodate various sizes of belt conveyors, allowing for the selection of materials and contact widths suitable for the application based on the conveyed items and the shape of the belt conveyor. Conventional belt cleaners have a scraping part and plate shape with a width of 100 to 150 mm and a thickness of 5 mm, resulting in uneven contact with the belt conveyor, which can easily lead to scraping failures and consequently cause material spillage. Additionally, adjusting and replacing the belt cleaner has been cumbersome.
