The built-in auto-gain and auto-setting functions make it easy to measure %MVC. By simply pressing the %MVC button and applying force to the target muscle for about one second, you can easily set it up. Furthermore, the data you set can be saved for up to 15 individuals, allowing for the comparison and measurement of up to 15 subjects simultaneously over a long period.
