○ This is a UV integrative light meter that enables absolute light quantity management (mV/cm²) in the ultraviolet to vacuum ultraviolet range. ○ The sensor head is interchangeable, allowing for light quantity management at three wavelengths (172 nm, 185 nm, and 254 nm). ○ It adopts a "filterless method" that minimizes DUV light degradation, directly detecting specific ultraviolet light without using filters or similar devices.
