High-precision punching press processing of optical films used in the backlight units of liquid crystal displays.
We perform press processing of special optical films and double-sided tape that have functions such as diffusion, light shielding, and reflection, which are components of liquid crystal backlight units used in displays such as smartphones and car navigation systems. Our production facilities are all clean rooms with a class of 10,000 to 100,000, allowing us to meet the precision and cleanliness requirements for the press processing of optical films. We can minimize defects such as burr generation by deriving optimal processing conditions through our experience and analysis of various functional materials and the conditions of cutting tools, enabling high-quality processing with a high yield. We have also introduced the same equipment in our factories in China and Malaysia, allowing for mass production with the same quality as in Japan.

basic information
We own 3, 5, 8, 25, and 35-ton press machines, with the 5-ton and 8-ton machines primarily in operation. 5-ton press machine QDC specification: 180 Processing dimensions: Maximum 180×150mm Speed: Maximum 300 shots per minute (spm) 8-ton press machine QDC specification: 200 Processing dimensions: Maximum 200×200mm Speed: Maximum 170 shots per minute (spm) Both the 5-ton and 8-ton press machines have a proven capability of achieving a bottom dead center accuracy of 38 microns under certain conditions, with processing accuracy of ±0.05 to 0.2 mm (0.1 mm PET). The equipment, including press machines, is manufactured in-house, allowing for rapid customization. By combining press machines, laminating machines, and image inspection machines, it is possible to produce products on a single line. Even if the above conditions do not match the processing requirements, there may be possibilities for customization, so please feel free to inquire.

Our company is an electronics parts manufacturer that specializes in die-cutting functional materials such as films, double-sided tapes, and cushioning materials. Among these, smartphone components have been adopted by all domestic manufacturers and some overseas, currently accounting for 70% of our total sales and becoming our flagship product. There are many die-cutting manufacturers around the world, but our significant strength lies in the fact that we design and develop most of our processing machines and molds in-house. This allows us to quickly introduce new products as needed, enabling us to respond swiftly to rapidly changing demands and smoothly accommodate specification changes for remodeling.
