【Scope of Use】 ■ Metal forms ■ Aluminum forms ■ Stainless steel forms ■ Bolts ■ Nuts ■ Form ties ■ Various clamps ■ Wall connection materials, etc. 【Usage Instructions】 < Dipping > ■ Please pour the diluted liquid of R-7, which can be diluted up to 7 times as desired, into a container. (Adjust according to work speed, amount of cement, etc.) ■ Submerge the body covered in sludge into the liquid and leave it for 3 to 12 hours. ■ During this time, occasionally stir or raise the water temperature to about 40°C for better efficiency. ■ Place small concrete chunks into the cleaning solution; it is effective as long as bubbles are produced. < Direct Application > ■ Remove large sludge as much as possible with a scraper. ■ Apply the diluted solution (5 to 7 times) onto the concrete using a brush or similar tool. ■ Leave it for about 10 minutes, then use a stiff brush to wash it off with water. ■ If it does not dissolve completely just by applying, wrap it with a cloth and pour the solution over it, then wash it with water after 30 minutes. < Cleaning of Decorative Plywood Formwork > ■ Apply the diluted cleaning solution of R-7 onto the surface of the formwork using a roller, brush, etc. ■ After 30 minutes, wash it with water. Fine sludge will be removed.
