Oil-resistant and abrasion-resistant printing roll "NBR Ink Roll" that is not easily deformed.
We produce 100% made-to-order, but please feel free to request samples or prototypes!
"NBR-made Incrawl" is a printing roll that excels in oil resistance. The continuous bubble body has interconnected bubbles, allowing gases and liquids to pass through. We create bubbles by mixing salt into the NBR. The rolls are available with an outer diameter of 10mm to 75mm, an inner diameter of 2mm to 55mm, and a length of up to 150mm. Using low-nitrile materials, they are 100% made to order with a density of 0.33g/cm3 and a hardness of 20°. Please feel free to request samples or prototypes. 【Features】 ■ Excellent oil resistance and abrasion resistance ■ Rolls available with an outer diameter of 10mm to 75mm, an inner diameter of 2mm to 55mm, and a length of up to 150mm ■ Uses low-nitrile materials ■ 100% made to order *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Since our founding, we have continued to manufacture office rubber stamps and printed rubber plates. In 1971, we introduced equipment for the production of porous rubber stamps at the same time as establishing our corporation, receiving material supplies. In 1975, we began the production of a synthetic rubber (NBR) sponge called "Porous Rubber," which we developed in-house, and its excellence as an ink pad was gradually recognized. Subsequently, we exported this material not only domestically but also to Germany, the UK, and other European countries. Based on these materials, we have widely manufactured various ink rolls for packaging equipment, and through the accumulation of extensive know-how, we have received high quality evaluations in the printing field. Our motto is to respond quickly to customer needs and to be agile in our manufacturing. In response to rapid technological innovation, we consolidated our operations in 2008, and under the leadership of our current president, we strive daily to revitalize our company as one that can propose new sponge materials, including NBR, leveraging our long-standing expertise during the "winter era" of ink rolls.
