Saes' dispenser, which encapsulates mercury within the lamp, uses a unique titanium-mercury alloy with high stability and reliability, differing from conventional methods. This approach allows for the precise and reproducible addition of extremely small amounts of mercury, minimizing the risk of contamination. Additionally, it reduces the need for maintenance of manufacturing equipment and maximizes the performance of the lamps. The dispenser is made using a special Ti-Hg compound.

The Saes Group has developed and commercialized a series of dispensers tailored to the various applications of our customers, taking into account the constraints of the manufacturing process and equipment. (Saes dispensers do not release steam during the manufacturing process, allowing for stable conditions to be maintained.)
