It is a compact ultrasonic flow meter for small flow liquids. It can measure volumetric flow regardless of the fluid's properties. It features a self-draining structure and is compatible with CIP (Clean-In-Place).
ES-FLOW is a volume flow meter and controller for liquids. The device operates using ultrasonic flow measurement technology and features a straight pipe structure. It covers micro flow rates and can be applied to a wide range of liquids regardless of fluid density, temperature, or viscosity. With a zero dead volume straight sensor tube, the flow meter has a self-draining structure. Additionally, orbital TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding allows for hygienic connections, accommodating process connections for sanitary applications, making this device suitable for sanitary use as well. The wetted parts are made of stainless steel, and the gaskets for tri-clamp or flange connections are made of elastomer. For non-sanitary applications, it is also possible to equip the flow meter with a bite-type fitting. The housing is rated IP67.
