The IQ+FLOW mass flow meter/controller is a sophisticated microprocessor-based instrument that provides high accuracy and high repeatability. The instrument can store up to 8 calibration curves, eliminating the need for calibration for different types of gases. The PC board already incorporates PID control functionality, ensuring high stability control.
