MagDEA Dx SV is a newly developed nucleic acid extraction reagent for fully automated systems from PSS. The extraction reagent contains all the necessary reagents for the extraction of nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) encapsulated in a cartridge, allowing for the easy extraction and purification of high-quality nucleic acids without burdening the experimenter, when combined with PSS's system. The extracted nucleic acids can be used in processes such as real-time PCR and RT-PCR. It is designed and developed in accordance with the European Medical Device Directive 98/79/EC (IVDD), adhering to strict standards regarding quality, safety, and user convenience as a medical device.
