We have achieved a low-cost InGaAs camera with a pixel size of 20×20µm and a quantum efficiency of 80% by limiting the number of pixels to 128×128 while maintaining delicate 16-bit gradation. It can record near-infrared fluorescence images at a maximum speed of 250fps, allowing us to capture luminescence changes across a wide range of applications, including from nanotube fluorescence to biochemistry. The accompanying camera software allows for image display, numerical display, 3D graphs, and video playback. Additionally, the imaging data can be saved in 16-bit uncompressed TIFF, CSV format for Excel, or AVI for video, making it suitable for research and development. ★Features - Pixel size of 20µm square, two-stage Peltier cooling, 16-bit gradation - Suitable for a wide range of fields including life sciences, silicon wafers/Si ingots - Useful for agricultural product inspection, non-destructive testing, and near-infrared astronomical observation - Analysis and automatic shooting are possible with the accompanying camera software - The camera can be controlled from LabVIEW, VC, or VB ★Evaluation Loan Currently Available★ We offer a free evaluation loan of the camera.
