1A, low noise (3.8-μVRMS), LDO voltage regulator 'TPS7A91'
The TPS7A91 is a low-noise (4.7µVRMS), low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator that can supply 1A, with a maximum dropout of just 200mV. The output can be adjusted from 0.8V to 5.2V using external resistors. The TPS7A91 supports a wide input voltage range, operating from a minimum of 1.4V to a maximum of 6.5V. This product is designed to power noise-sensitive components in applications such as high-speed communications, video, medical, and test and measurement. With an output noise of just 4.7µVRMS and a wide bandwidth PSRR (40dB at 1MHz), phase noise and clock jitter are minimized. 【Features】 ■ 1.0% accuracy across line, load, and temperature ranges ■ Low output noise: 4.7µVRMS (10Hz to 100kHz) ■ Low dropout: 200mV (maximum) at 1A ■ Wide input voltage range: 1.4V to 6.5V ■ Wide output voltage range: 0.8V to 5.2V *For more details, please contact us.
