Low quiescent current, 1% accuracy supervisor, with programmable delay 'TPS3890'
The TPS3890 is a high-precision voltage supervisor with low quiescent current, capable of monitoring a minimum system voltage of 1.15V. It asserts an open-drain RESET signal when the SENSE voltage drops below the preset threshold or when the manual reset (MR) pin goes low. The RESET output remains low for a user-defined delay time even after the SENSE voltage and manual reset (MR) return above their respective thresholds. The reset delay time can be set in the range of 40μs to 30s by connecting an external capacitor to the CT pin. With a very low quiescent current of 2.1μA and supplied in a compact 1.5mm x 1.5mm package, it is suitable for battery-powered applications and those with limited board space. **Features** - Equipped with a power-on reset (POR) generator - Adjustable delay time from 40μs to 30s - Very low quiescent current: 2.1μA (typical) - High threshold accuracy: 1% (maximum) *For more details, please contact us.*
