The "Bio Jr.8 100mL×8 Multi-Culture Device" is a culture device that allows for stirring, temperature, pH, and DO measurement control, as well as fed-batch culture, with a liquid volume equivalent to that of a shaking flask. It is suitable for fed-batch culture and is ideal for screening and examining culture conditions. Calibration of pH and DO sensors can be performed for each jar individually or collectively for all jars.
