High-performance, high-efficiency low-radiation DC/DC converter built-in 'ISOW7841'
The ISOW784x is a high-performance quad-channel reinforced digital isolator family with an integrated high-efficiency power converter. The built-in DC/DC converter supplies up to 650mW of isolated power with high efficiency and can be configured for various input and output voltage levels. As a result, using these devices eliminates the need for an additional isolated power supply in space-constrained isolation designs. Additionally, devices in the ISOW784x family achieve high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation while simultaneously isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/O. **Features** - Integrated high-efficiency DC/DC converter and on-chip transformer - Wide input power range of 3V to 5.5V - Regulated 5V or 3.3V output - Maximum output power of 0.65W - 5V to 5V, 5V to 3.3V: Available load current ≥ 130mA - 3.3V to 3.3V: Available load current ≥ 75mA *For more details, please contact us.*
