Basic grade of MC nylon polymerized and molded from the main raw material nylon monomer under atmospheric pressure.
Features 1. Mechanical Strength Compared to general nylon 6 (in injection molding and extrusion), it has superior mechanical strength and durability. 2. Wear Resistance It is a self-lubricating material with excellent sliding performance, demonstrating outstanding wear resistance, especially under high loads. 3. Heat Resistance It exhibits heat resistance up to 120°C (continuous use temperature). 4. Chemical Resistance It has chemical resistance that makes it less susceptible to organic solvents, oils, and alkaline chemicals.
