What is cationic electrodeposition coating? It is a dipping-type painting method where the object (part) to be painted is immersed in a water-soluble electrodeposition paint and a direct current is applied to adhere the paint. Because the paint penetrates into the details even of complex-shaped parts, it allows for a uniform coating without unevenness, unlike spray painting, and the film thickness is stable. It has a very high adhesion strength and is resistant to rust and corrosion. Additionally, because it uses water-soluble paint, it is low-pollution, environmentally friendly, and highly safe. Our company can also directly apply cationic electrodeposition coating to large door steel frame gates!
