In the comparison of grinding resistance current, the presence of fine bubbles resulted in a lower resistance value. A reduction of about 5% in peak current was confirmed, indicating energy-saving effects. 2. In the comparison of coolant grinding wheel wear, the presence of fine bubbles resulted in less wear. The expected extension of coolant life, based on the conversion value of grinding wheel wear, showed an extension result of over 15% with fine bubbles. 3.
