Pulsar PBC piston pump
1μl has a CV of less than 1%. No maintenance is required even after 5 million cycles of operation. Liquid dispensing of 0.7 seconds with a piston of 100 to 5000μl. The mechanism is inexpensive.
0.7 seconds high-speed dispensing. Proven performance in a wide variety of applications. Equipped with a pressure sensor to detect nozzle clogs and other issues. Robust design and maintenance-free operation reduce service costs for embedded devices. Contributes to a lower failure rate of the equipment. The full configuration with a base allows for easy control of valve and piston movements via commands. Report functions and error logs are also automatically sent.
