The "IPS-211" is an IC card issuing machine that allows for repeated printing and erasing of text, graphics, etc., on Leiko IC cards. New cards are transported from the card stock section, which has a capacity of 100 cards, to the printer section, where the IC data of the card is accessed by the IC card reader/writer in the printer section. The thermal head in the printer section writes and erases text and graphics on the card, issuing it.
