Introduction of the 3.6V, 3A, resistive load switch 'TPS22971'
The TPS22971 is a space-saving single-channel load switch that allows for control and adjustment of the turn-on slew rate, and it features a built-in power good indicator. This device includes an N-channel MOSFET that operates in a low input voltage range of 0.65V to 3.6V, supporting a maximum continuous current of 3A. With a low on-resistance of 6.7mΩ, power loss and voltage drop are minimized. It is controlled by an on and off input (ON) that can interface directly with low voltage control signals, connected across the load switch. **Features** - For tablets, smartphones, telecom, and storage - Input voltage range: 0.65 to 3.6V - Maximum continuous current: 3A - Quick output discharge (QOD): 150Ω (typical value) - Operating temperature range: -40 to +125°C - 8-pin DSBGA package measuring 1.9 x 0.9 x 0.5mm *For more details, please contact us.*
