The "TPS61178" is a 20V synchronous boost converter with an integrated gate driver for load disconnection. The "TPS61178" incorporates two low on-resistance power FETs: a 16mΩ switching FET and a 16mΩ rectifier FET. It also uses fixed frequency peak current mode control with integrated slope compensation. The "TPS61178" has the potential to isolate the output from the input side during shutdown.
