The CSD88584Q5DC 40V Power Block is designed for high-current motor control applications such as handheld tools, cordless garden tools, and power tools. This device leverages TI's patented stacked die technology to minimize parasitic inductance while forming a complete half-bridge in a space-saving DualCool 5mm x 6mm package with excellent thermal characteristics.
