< Grip Size > - The smallest model, MF*08, expands from an outer diameter of Φ8mm to Φ11mm when off. - The largest model, MF*63, expands from an outer diameter of Φ66mm to Φ85mm when off. < Types of Gripper Body > - Pistons are available in both up-type and down-type to match the gripping position of the workpiece. - Solid pistons and hollow pistons are available; the hollow piston can also be used for pressure applications, including leak testing. < Balloon Material > - Two materials are available: silicone and EPDM, both capable of gripping high-temperature workpieces. - The silicone balloon version uses FDA grease, making it suitable for food and pharmaceutical applications. - The lifespan of the silicone balloon is 1 million cycles, while the lifespan of the EPDM balloon is 500,000 cycles. - Balloons can be easily removed with a cutter, and replacement balloons can be inserted without tools, allowing for easy maintenance on-site. *For more details, please refer to the catalog.
