Technical Data: Black Silicon Cooling CMOS Camera System
Black Silicon Cooling CMOS Camera 'CS-64NIR'
Reduce noise through cooling! Compatible with wavelengths up to 1200nm, it is effective for semiconductor inspection and component analysis!
The "CS-64NIR" is a black silicon cooled CMOS camera system with high sensitivity in the near-infrared region, designed to minimize noise through cooling. There are no export restrictions like those for InGaAs cameras. By incorporating a black silicon CMOS sensor capable of detecting wavelengths up to 1200nm, it enables imaging through material, making it suitable for a wide range of inspection and analysis applications such as non-destructive testing of food, component analysis, biological imaging, and semiconductor inspection. With the optional image recording interface, it is possible to record high-quality videos while reading (analyzing) data. 【Features】 ■ Utilizes the black silicon structure image sensor "XQE-0920" from SiOnyx ■ Reduces noise through sensor cooling, achieving a high S/N ratio ■ Direct USB connection for easy use with laptops ■ Multiple cameras can operate simultaneously with a single computer *For explanatory materials and product details, please refer to the [PDF download].

Our company has received high praise for our domestically produced cooling cameras, and for many years we have released various cooling cameras for astrophotography and industrial low-light imaging. A cooling camera is a camera that cools the sensor to below 0°C to reduce noise, allowing for high S/N ratio images even in dark environments or with weak light. We offer a lineup of cameras that can capture faint emissions and special wavelengths such as ultraviolet and near-infrared, which are not possible with regular cameras. Additionally, we also accept custom camera orders, so please feel free to contact us. Applications of cooling cameras: ■ Astronomical observation ■ Detection of weak light ■ Light measurement ■ Biological microscopy ■ Fluorescence microscopy imaging ■ Medical field ■ Special applications such as X-rays, ultraviolet, and near-infrared
