UltraVision 3 Classic Software
Software that integrates all the functions required for ultrasonic testing, controls data acquisition, displays online information, and provides an offline analysis environment.
All ZETEC-manufactured phased array UT and conventional UT devices are compatible, allowing for the control of these devices and the integration of settings and collected data across their UT data acquisition platforms. This provides a complete package for managing the entire inspection process using these systems, including phased array UT & FMC/TFM inspections. Managing the inspection process with powerful 3D environment support: - Generation and reading of 3D CAD files - Usable for complex structures, 3D ray tracing and acoustic beam simulation - Scanner simulation - 3D data plotting capabilities to CAD files - 3D drawing and analysis tools Advanced features & tools: - DGS tool - Shape echo removal - Frequency filter tool - Automatic analysis function (rule-based) - Data comparison function (differential)
