The "SWR Series" employs patented technology of non-contact magnetic gears, allowing it to rotate the spindle at a maximum speed of 60,000 RPM, even though it uses bevel gears. Because it is non-contact, the heat from the spindle motor is less likely to be transmitted. This non-contact gear technology enables tool changes at high speeds using a turret system, resulting in a very compact machine. It is an NC high-speed router processing machine capable of tool changes in approximately 3 seconds due to its fast indexing speed.
