"Air-conditioned clothing / Heatstroke measures / Heat prevention" Making harsh work environments comfortable. Reducing defective products as well.
Iwabuchi Co., Ltd. is a general trading company that manufactures and sells overhead line materials (such as electric and communication lines) used to support various structures, including utility poles, throughout Japan. The plating process for parts involves using a high-temperature solution exceeding 400°C, making the work environment extremely harsh, with a continuous work time limited to 20 minutes. To alleviate this work burden, we have experimentally introduced cooling vests. Wearers have provided positive feedback, saying things like, "I no longer feel dazed" and "I have more mental space." By wearing the cooling vests, not only has heatstroke prevention been achieved, but improvements in work safety and efficiency have also been recognized. 【Introduced Product】 ■ BM-500U Cotton Lightweight Cooling Vest Battery Set *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

In 2002, we invented the world's first "air-conditioned clothing" and have been working on product improvements and development. Thanks to this, we have surpassed a cumulative sales total of 1 million units and have received recognition from many companies, including those in the manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and electrical contracting industries. Seft Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Product agent: Air-Conditioned Clothing Co., Ltd.) has recently been awarded the "Minister of the Environment Award for Global Warming Prevention Activities for Fiscal Year 2017" for our development and commercialization of fan-equipped work clothing, "air-conditioned clothing," which achieves energy-saving effects and CO2 reduction in heat countermeasures and is useful for preventing heatstroke. Moving forward, we will continue to promote technological innovation aimed at enhancing customer comfort and the safety and functionality of "air-conditioned clothing." "Air-conditioned clothing" is designed to keep you cool and comfortable by incorporating outside air into the clothing through two small fans installed around the waist, allowing sweat to evaporate and cool the body through evaporative cooling. It uses significantly less energy compared to air conditioning and is an environmentally friendly product.
