Custom-made long-length machine press equipped model ■ Company A's ultra-long processing machine. The workpiece length of 16M is fixed symmetrically (LR). It features a 6-axis turret as the main spindle, with a secondary spindle equipped with a saw blade and the industry's first press unit. In addition to conventional milling and drilling processes, the press unit accommodates multi-hole processing from the horizontal direction, resulting in a processing speed that is 20 times faster than before, significantly reducing the cycle time.

Custom-made long workpiece processing machine with workpiece rotation and loader ■ Company B: This machine is equipped with a rotating vice that allows for four-sided processing of long workpieces. The vice constantly follows the movement of the spindle to ensure stable processing. Since loading and unloading are also done automatically, you can set the workpiece and process all sides with the push of a button.

Custom-made large panel processing machine ■ Company C: A processing machine specifically designed for large insulation panels. It is equipped with a BT40 spindle, 3.7 kW, and 10,000 min-1. The machine size can exceed 10 meters, and twin-head models can also be produced. The auxiliary spindle features an original "vertical-horizontal saw unit," which demonstrates its true value during step cutting processes. Traditionally, step cutting required two processes: horizontal cutting and vertical cutting, but now it can be done in just one process.

Custom-made medium-sized panel processing machine ■ Company D: A custom machine for processing 4X8 sheet materials. They wanted to perform cutting at arbitrary angles, so a swiveling spindle head was mounted on a gantry-type machine. By using a saw angle head, it enabled cutting at various angles.

Custom-made super large 5-axis machining center. The swiveling table has a diameter of 3000 mm and is equipped with an adjustment function. The Z stroke is 1500 mm, and the spindle uses 11 kW. We perform machining of large workpieces at one of the largest sizes in our company. By installing jigs on the table, multiple workpieces can be set, and machining is carried out by moving the table back and forth and swiveling it.
