SIMPLE SWITCHER(R) 36V, 1.5A Synchronous Rectified Buck Converter 'LMR23615'
The LMR23615 SIMPLESWITCHER is an easy-to-use 36V, 1.5A synchronous rectified buck regulator. With a wide input voltage range of 4V to 36V, this device is suitable for various industrial applications for power regulation from unregulated power sources. Peak current mode control is employed to achieve simple control loop compensation and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. With a quiescent current of 75μA, it is ideal for battery-powered systems. The very low shutdown current of 2μA further extends battery life. The high-accuracy enable input allows for simplified regulator control and system power sequencing. Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limiting, hiccup mode short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown due to excessive power consumption. 【Features】 ■ Wide applications in industrial equipment ■ Wide input voltage range: 4 to 36V ■ Peak current mode control enables simple control loop compensation and cycle-by-cycle current limiting ■ Quiescent current of 75μA, ideal for battery-powered devices *For more details, please contact us.
