Automotive ultra-low noise 500mA LDO 'LP5912-Q1' compatible with RF/analog circuit requirements.
The "LP5912-Q1" is a low-noise LDO capable of supplying an output current of 500mA. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits, this device offers low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and low line/load transient response. The "LP5912-Q1" provides class-leading noise performance without the need for noise bypass capacitors or remote output capacitance placement. This device is designed to operate with a 1μF input and a 1μF output ceramic capacitor (no separate noise bypass capacitor is required). It can also be used with fixed output voltages ranging from 0.8V to 5.5V in 25mV steps. 【Features】 ■ AEC-Q100 compliant ■ Operating junction temperature range: -40 to +125℃ ■ Input voltage range: 1.6 to 6.5V ■ Output voltage range: 0.8 to 5.5V ■ Output voltage noise is 12μVrms, PSRR is 75dB at 1kHz, and quiescent current is 30μA (all typical values) *For more details, please contact us.
