Digital Omnipolar Switch Hall Effect Sensor "DRV5033"
The DRV5033 device is a chopper-stabilized Hall effect sensor that provides a highly stable magnetic sensing solution across a wide temperature range. The analog output of 0V to 2V shows a linear response to magnetic flux density and determines the polarity of the magnetic field direction. With a wide operating voltage range of 2.5V to 38V and reverse polarity protection up to -22V, it is ideal for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications. It is equipped with internal protection features against reverse voltage, load dump, output short circuit, and overcurrent. 【Features】 ■ Linear output Hall sensor ■ Excellent temperature stability: sensitivity ±10% across the entire temperature range ■ High sensitivity options: -11mV/mT (OA), -23mV/mT (PA), -45mV/mT (RA), -90mV/mT (VA), +23mV/mT (CA), +45mV/mT (EA) ■ Supports a wide voltage range: 2.5V to 38V, no external regulator required ■ Operates over a wide temperature range: TA = -40℃ to +125℃ *For more details, please contact us.
