Quality that does not allow compromise! Fine blanking processing in medical device components.
Our "Fine Blanking" technology provides optimal press processing for the manufacture of surgical medical instruments. It enables mass production of materials and components that require precision, as well as advanced medical technologies. By utilizing three forces: "the force that restrains the material," "the force that maintains the shape of the component," and "the force that punches the shape of the component," we can achieve a smooth shearing surface without fractures or chipping, as well as good flatness. 【Features】 ■ Enables mass production with advanced medical technology ■ Three forces act on the workpiece ■ Achieves a smooth shearing surface without fractures or chipping, and good flatness ■ Used in various surgical medical instruments such as scalpels, forceps, and scissors *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Fine Tool Japan started in 1973 as a sales company for fine blanking press machines (FB presses). Initially, it was primarily accepted as a manufacturing technology for office machine parts, but due to the improvement of press machines and precision mold processing technology, as well as the needs for high added value and cost reduction in the manufacturing industry, it developed into the production of automotive parts and is widely utilized in the manufacturing of machine parts. Currently, it serves as the technical center for the Fine Tool Group in Asia, providing total solutions in fine blanking processing.
